Booking & Payment

When you book a taxi, day tour, or custom package with us:

• A confirmation will be sent to your provided contact number or email.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the service.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or our secure online gateway.

Cancellations & Refunds

Plans change—we get it.

• Free cancellation if done at least 24 hours before pickup.
• 50% refund for cancellations within 12–24 hours.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows, since we’ve already allocated time and resources for your ride.

Service Expectations

We work hard to deliver safe, reliable, and enjoyable travel. That includes:

• Clean, well-maintained vehicles.
• Professional, courteous drivers with local knowledge.
• On-time pickups and smooth experiences.

However, some things (like traffic or weather) are out of our hands, and we ask for your patience when the unexpected happens.

User Conduct

We aim to provide a peaceful and respectful journey for all. So we ask that passengers:

• Treat our drivers and guides respectfully.
• Avoid any unlawful or inappropriate behavior during service.
