These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Varanasi Taxi Service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
We provide local and outstation taxi services within and from Varanasi. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through messaging apps.
A confirmation will be shared via SMS, call, or email.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup details.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are communicated transparently during booking.
Extra charges may apply for night-time travel, waiting time, or additional stops.
Payments can be made in cash or online via UPI/card.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must follow safety and conduct rules during travel.
Any damage to the vehicle due to negligence will be chargeable.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
While we ensure safety and punctuality, we do not guarantee availability during peak times or emergencies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Varanasi Taxi Service and cannot be used without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
